After years of staying in cramped hotel rooms,
we decided to purchase our own dream holiday home, not only for our own use, but for others to enjoy.

Having very high standards, we decided to purchase a home in the prestigious Calabay Parc development. Our home was the model home, which was used for international advertising and was responsible for making the area such a success with potential buyers. Believe us, no expense has been spared, and should you choose to stay with us, you will not be disappointed.

Calabay Parc can be found nestling in a peaceful area of woodland and orange groves. It is conveniently situated on the US Highway 27 close to the Interstate Highway 4 and US Highway 192. It is extremely easy to reach from Orland's airports and is only 25 minutes drive from the International Airport.

Just ten minutes drive from Disney World, which has just got to be the single most popular tourist attraction in the universe - a sure-fire way to keep the children (and adults) happy and amused. Orlando theme parks, water parks, shopping malls, restaurants and nightlife are there in abundance and all within easy reach of our Florida homes.

Our homes are only one hours drive from each of Florida's coasts. To the west you will find the beautiful Clearwater beach lapped by the warm waters of the Gulf coast. To the east there is the fabulous Cocoa beach where the more adventurous can partake in lots of water sport activities. This really is an idela base for a fantastic holiday whether visiting the theme parks, playing golf or relaxing by the sea!

Can you possibly think of anything that would be nicer than to relax in our fabulous neon-lit swimming pool or jaccuzzi or chill out in our games room after an exhausting day at the theme parks or a days shopping at one of the many shopping malls Orlando has to offer.
