Please Note: If your required dates are not available on the calendar, please contact us as we have a second luxurious villa exactly like this one in Calabay Parc where we will tell you if your dates are available.
- Rentals of less than seven nights will incur a £90.00 / $160.00 cleaning charge
- Pool heating is optional and will be charged at £100.00 / $180.00 per week. Normally only required in the winter months (Requests must be made in advance).
- Payment can be made by US or UK Cheque.
- A deposit of £150.00 / $300.00 along with a booking form is required to secure the booking, and deposits must be received within seven days of making your booking. The full amount is due two months before your arrival.
- A security deposit of £200.00 / $360.00 will be taken with your final payment. This money is refundable pending inspection by the management company at the end of your stay.
- On receipt of final payment, we will send you a welcome pack.
CANCELLATIONS
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover your holiday in the event of cancellation. Unfortunately, deposits and payments are forfeited as the result of cancellations. However we can provide documentry evidence of your booking for claims against your holiday insurance.
Smoking Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden, in both our villas, and the pool areas.
